Before you check out

Two points to note when you order with us and you are in UK:-

1) At the end of the checkout process, you will be transferred to Paypal's secure servers to process a card transaction (or to use your Paypal account if you have one). You will see that there is a link on their web page to return you to our site. The link reads as follows:-

Cancel and return to the Wool Shed

This means cancel the Paypal process - not the order. If you do not want to use Paypal, then click on the link - your order will still be sent to us and we can contact you to get card details. (It will help if you tell us the best time to call - you can do this by making a note on the order). Otherwise proceed through the Paypal procedure which is quite painless and very secure

2) UK orders will be sent post free from February onwards - £1.50 will be added to the order, just to cover handling and packing costs.

We are still charging postage on overseas orders - just passing on what it costs us. The site computes the weight of an order and adds postage according to which one of several ranges the weight fits into.
